That spread was right on at 3 pts. Really looked like a good bet on miami for a while. still wouldnt have lost much if you put it on them.

You'd have lost your entire bet. Bets are won or lost at the end of regulation. Vegas does not factor in overtime. A bet on Nebraska would have been the winning bet.

Well, depends what the final spread was. Was it 3 or 3.5? I think most books had it at 3. Just a push, I think. But had you had money on Miami, I'd be pissed.

I picked Miami 38 Nebraska 35... And I'm not a handicapper, not even close...

Kudos to AlGolden for letting the Huskers back in the game and making it close.

Whether it was 3 or 3.5 ... you would have lost if you took Miami. Vegas looks at the spread at the end of regulation. Not overtime. So a push would have been a "pick em" line.

One delight in yesterday is thinking of the Miami fans that put money on Miami and thinking they had won midway through the 4th quarter, and then finding out they lost.

I live in Hollywood, Florida and the spread here was Nebraska + 3 1/2. Thank you Al Golden, worst coach in America.
