Hayesville at Cherokee

I don't see this being a blow out by any team. Cherokee is better than their record shows. Hayesville will struggle stopping the braves running game but Cherokee will struggle to stop hayesville passing game. I'll go Cherokee by 6
Dude hates Hayesville
No hate here. Just saying the way I see it. Hayesville has better athletes but Cherokee is better upfront and at home.
Well you and everyone else also thought Swain was better up front as well.

I just hope Hayesville’s staff can prepare them boys for what’s coming! They haven’t played a good running team all year, especially with a big line. Hopefully they can just survive!!!
Really depends on the refers in this game, as Hayesville line is undersize but has hard noise kids that will hold or tackles the Dline. If the refers allows Hayesville to hold an not flag them every time then it a blow out but if they call holding on every play then it will be a close game.
well if that’s the case, Are the refs going to call it when those Big guys get their hands on our little faster d-lineman are they going to call holding then?All of hayesville’s 5 wins they played teams with an oversized line. watch andrews, tuscola, and murphy and there holding. several of hayesvilles d linemen have ripped jerseys. 50 and 60 fire off hard and get low on the o line while 51 secures the edge well. it will be a battle up front come friday night and i think hayesville will win by 2 or 3 scores.
Holding could be called on every play in most games

Been there, done that. The Murphy game had over 25 penalties between the 2 teams. The umpire went down with cramps from all the yardage walked off.
Beware tomorrow night !! Cherokee uses the Asheville Association for officials and I’ve never been impressed with them
Agreed. It seems like Cherokee gets the bottom of the barrel from that association.

Hayesville must plug the middle to stop the running game. Cram the line and bring everyone up. Don’t worry about passing game
Cherokee must contain Hayesville Qb and keep him in the pocket. Put a lot of pressure but don’t over pursue Qb is shifty and athletic and keeps his eyes down field

Watched the replay of this game and I’ve never seen so many penalties in my life. My Gosh
Can't complain about penalties. Some will call you an undisciplined team lol. Seems every game in SMC this year the stripes have been flag happy. Must be a point of emphasis at the ref training camps.
