Dak's main argument is that the guy's defense lawyers stated they did a poor job. These are obviously the guys that are on his side. These guys may very well say anything to get him free. It also states their statement has been proven not to be the case.

Dak should be finding a new agent instead of staying up late watching Netflix documentaries.

This case was mentioned prominently in the recent Rogan podcast with the two guys from The Innocence Project. I don't pretend to know all the truths of this case, but much of what goes on in our criminal justice system is absolute 17ery.

Lawyers don't like to admit they have done a poor job. It can get them disbarred.

Also the admitted use of the n word should be automatic grounds for turning over a death sentence.

At least one was a twenty something public defender fresh out of law school and this was his first death penalty case. He’s not currently his lawyer as this took place 20 years ago. He literally gains NOTHING by making that statement.

Maybe you missed the part where they said the lawyer's defense was not done poorly. Speaking of ***, get your nose out of Dak's. The fact he played for State doesn't mean he is correct.
