I have not really noticed that, but would just pontificate that I do not know for whom to feel sorry for more: either the sideline reporter who has to ask some asinine questions scripted by someone else for her/him; OR the poor coach or player who has to attempt to respond to such asinine questions and not give away information or sound stupid himself.

Why pity someone making a **** ton of money for having minimal skills besides being attractive?

I can relate to the OP's question. I know what it's like when all the women want to bang you.. It is a terrible burden and curse to constantly feel objectified while still trying to be polite, all the while, not wanting to disappoint or hurt their feelings. Finally there is someone else who understands how I feel and what I have to go through every day.
