It is going to be fun watching that idiot explain his way out of the fact that Dana will be back when he said (in writing on TOS) that his "insiders" guaranteed that he would be fired.

His rationalizations have no bounds, so this should be fun to watch!

Hank, consider yourself exposed and called out (by me) yet again....

He should quit listening to that Shackleford guy. The Billdozer is the man when it comes to football info.

Hank/EERSFAN was the clearest thinking Mountie ever to hit this board...until his departure from the party line was more than many lemmings could bear!

Amen! Hank isn't an idiot. That's for sure.
His biting truth stung the ears of the Mounties...Ollie was an idiot and so is Hogo but it kills them to see one of their own state what everybody else has already concluded!

I took a hiatus from the boards for a few years, and when I came back EERSFAN was Hank and Hank was a pariah. I wasn't around to see how it all unfolded. Hank hosted MMB tailgates before the Spring games a couple of years and he's one of the few people on these boards I've actually met in person. (of the other people I've met IRL, I see very few of them posting anymore) EERSFAN/Hank is/was a great guy and great fan.

If only Hank hadn't had those obsessive-compulsive tendencies. How many handles did he have posting the same stuff on various BB's a couple of years back?

He was multiple legend in his own mind.

The guy has issues and thinks he is ALWAYS right. My point was to just document how he was wrong. I know that really bothers him.
LOL...Who in the hell DOESN'T have issues? You guys can't afford to get rid of HoGo. That's why he gets to stay.

It would serious put a damper on your budget if you did. Ollie fvcked you on his deal

I'm gonna jump up and disagree with this.

Do we have a $9M profit in our budget to cover this? No.

But if the big donors wanted it done bad enough, they'd get together and come up with the extra $9M. So, for that one year, our revenues would be artificially inflated by the $9M and wouldn't impact our budget at all.

With donor help you probably could but I'm basing off just a pure AD budget impact that's a tough pillow to swallow, even if it's chased with Red Bull.

Donors already have his buyout covered, be it now or later.

Well, had to play some part, b/c there isn't any other justification for year 6 of Clock Management For Dummies.

Donors said they have his buyout covered. That means, no cost to WVU.

You have Blue Lot membership. Read the post about this if you haven't already.

Not a popular opinion right now, but I agree with giving him one more year. It'll be a make or break year, but I totally agree with one more year.

Money may be there but wasn't done. Last I read was money was there but the biggest donors weren't pushing for a move. I am the camp we should have cut our losses earlier in the process this year.

Just seems like a no win situation. If he doesn't get it done next year we just kicked the can down the road. If he has a breakout season he'll probably jump on any offer due to the lack of support (extension ).
