A group of St. Rita students traveled to Bedford Park today for the Special Olympics. They showed a lot of character giving up their time to go out there to help out today.
I also want to congratulate them on their fourth place finish!

Maybe because they were treated terribly; paid like slaves; and denied almost all creature comforts. Nuns got a really raw deal.

Some nuns were just mean as Hell and then there was Sister Mary Constance, who called me Giggles even a decade after she had me as a student in 3rd grade. Sweetest lady I have ever met!!!
