Would a grad transfer like Cager enroll for spring??? meaning we would know something in the next two days.

I know grad transfers can come in the summer if they grad in the spring..are we on any OL or Rbs that anyone has heard? BC there are some recruits that would be hard to pass up..they could get to 30 on HS kids/Fonua. Then look to add depth at either of those positions via grad transfer this summer after attrition has run it course. Avoid the academic risk of bland and or mills while adding talented players for the future.

I feel like this is the biggest this appointment for me right now. I think we have a really good recruiting class but considering our lack of experience and depth at wide receiver I thought it was a must to get a solid grad transfer in here for spring.

I read somewhere that they have been hush hush on grad transfers bc they didnt want it to effect high school recruiting. Hopefully this is the case and somebody is already lined up.

I don't see an advantage of taking a grad transfer WR over a talented freshman. They both would have to learn the offense. Granted the grad transfer may have more on film to make the evaluation more certain BUT then you've only got him for one year. IF a WR is a difference maker, he's going to declare for the NFL draft instead of grad transferring.
