  • Where will Jon go?
  • Did he see nothing on the other side or is he hiding what he actually saw?
  • Is Tommen going to go the way of the Sparrows or will his mom get him to be a Lannister bent on revenge?
    • Is he trying to get close to the High Sparrow so lower his guard?
  • Really more torture of Starks by the hands of Ramsay - you have to think at some point this season he's going to pay for all of that.
  • Nothing of Dorne - good.
  • What's going to happen with Arya - how will she be put back into the main storyline...or will she.

I feel like they need more than 10 episodes a season to really convey these stories properly.

I think Jon will head south to re-take Winterfell, he will learn that is R+L=J and will proclaim himself King in the North.

I hope he guts Ramsay, hated seeing Rickon and especially Shaggy Dog. That only leaves Ghost left, if we assume Arya's Dire Wolf is dead.

I agree Jon is heading south - but he's by himself - where will his army come from?

"The North Remembers."

Word of Jon Snow's return spreads quickly. He wants nothing to do with leading people. His death and reanimation did change him. He is no longer willing to die for what he believes is right, because he "knows" there is nothing after life. But when he realizes what folks have done to his family (The Red Wedding, Ned beheaded, Sansa thrice-married and raped, Arya missing, Bran missing, Rickon missing), he will be re-purposed. He will take his followers to Winterfell to negotiate Rickon's release. Ramsey will hold Jon Snow's army at bay by threatening Rickon, but will not be able to help himself and will put an arrow through Rickon in sight of Jon Snow, as a challenge to Jon Snow. At that point, Jon Snow snaps and lets loose the dogs of war; meaning, The Red Witch, Brienne, Arya, his direwolf, the Wildings, Northerners still loyal to the Stark family, even some of the IronBorn, to boot. Ramsay ends up on one of those "X" torture devices and is flayed, dismembered, burned and fed to the wild animals. Although poetic justice would also allow Sansa to shiv the son of a *****, herself.

Somewhere in the process, we learn Jon Snow is Dany's nephew, Tyrion Lannister is revealed to, somehow, actually be a Targaryen, and voila, we have riders for all three dragons. The battle with the White Walkers is joined.

Meanwhile, the Lannisters. Gregor Kilgane (The Mountain) crushes (literally) the High Sept priest, Tommen is killed (fulfilling the prophecy made to Cersei when she was a child), Jamie Lannister renounces the Kings Guard and becomes King, for the time being.

Interesting thoughts. I could see it play out like that.

I think you are on the right track, except the more I think about it, I think the Rickon situation may be a set up for Ramsay.

The mad king raped or had an affair with Joanna Lannister. Tyrion was a product of that relationship and that is why Tywin hater Tyrion. The mad king was Targaryan. That would make Tyrion part targayan. That is my hunch.

Who do you think is behind the set-up?

The Umber clan. That was Smalljon Umber who turned Rickon over. Greatjon (his father) was one of Robb Stark's top advisors. In the books, Greatjon is taken prisoner at the red Wedding, and Smalljon dies trying to protect Robb. In the show, Greatjon and Smalljon are not at the Red Wedding.

Smalljon says his father is dead, but doesn't say anymore about him, which is curious. With the Umbers being such loyal Stark followers in the book and for what little they were portrayed early in the show, this could be part of a plot to get at Ramsay/put a Stark back on the throne.

I could see this going a lot of ways. And the dire wolf head looked a bit small for Shaggy Dog, but that could just be me being hopeful.
