My MIL got a $147,000 IRS bill after idiot step father in law died for taxes her did not file. He got her bill to zero and charged $6,250. Call Nick Nemeth in Dallas. 972.484.0829. Dude is incredible.

Generally if your employer paid for it, it is taxable

If you paid for it, it’s non taxable.

If you’re self employed and own your own business, depends on the policy and if you deducted the premiums
