Coming into the game I did not have any idea whether we would win or lose. I feel a lot better about our chances for at least breaking even for the season after tonight's game. We could be a good team if we can get rid of the mistakes, penalties, and blown plays... But a lot of teams can say that.

The team we beat is going to be one of the best in their league. And we essentially dominated the game. We’re not a perfect team by any stretch but won’t get complaints from me about this game. Very good win.

Offense definitely needs work, but we’re in much better shape than last year at this time. Our O sucked until the Georgia game (LSU excluded), but I think we’ll continue to see improvement. Great that the O Line was so much better today. Penalties need to be cleaned up. Excited to see what we look like if that can happen

Yes, we beat a good team. It was a dogfight for sure. Defense is seriously good and you can see that this offense has real potential.

The offense needs to finish drives. We moved it fairly well at times and pass protected okay, but too many drive killing errors. Left an absolute ton of points on the field in a game that should have been a blowout.

Marks played. Dillon Johnson played better. You're gonna see DJ get more run late in games with a lead because he is a more physical runner.

3rd down conversion percentage is the problem. 23.8% (5-21) for the season so far... That is not good at all. It needs to improve significantly moving forward.

Sure am glad our team doesn't wave the white flag after the first two games of the season, like a lot of our fans do. But yeah, they did get an awesome win over Let's Go Peay yesterday.

I would bet Leach's message to the offense this week is to focus and finish the job. We got a little sloppy late and probably should have scored at least one more TD.
