If we make it and get into the Dayton games boy does that screw up travel scenarios to the next site (when we win).

For any team in thy scenario it really screws up their potential travel.

I’m more concerned selfishly about traveling to the games. Hard to book for the th/fr games if you don’t know if you will be in. Hotel can be cancelled. Flights no so much.

Being in the first four is obviously bad. Anecdotes aside, you are ~50% less likely to make it to any future round.

P.S. The play-in games (ESPECIALLY the at-large play-in games) are stupid and they should get rid of them.
