I have a family relationship with someone who has extensive knowledge of the upper echelon of New Jersey High School Basketball. He strongly alluded to the idea of Cliff Omoruyi choosing Rutgers over the other two programs. You never know for certain yet there is strong indication that Rutgers will be his final destination.

It makes no sense for him not to unless the bagman rears his ugly head. ASU and Auburn no longer offer anything we do not.

Spare us the drama Cliff...

let the other schools know you're choosing Rutgers!

It really does make total and absolute sense. -Everything he needs is right here...the media exposure, the league, the level of competition, the fans, the facilities, and on and on.

And as far as any alluded to financial considerations are concerned, should Big Cliff show out during his RU career, (and I've no doubt at all he will in a major way), he'll be pulling down so much afterwards he'll probably be able to buy his own country. (And yes, that's hyperbole, but with what players make in the NBA these days, it's not all that much of one.)

Hope you're right, if not at least it was a clever way to get a bunch of likes. So at least you've got that going for ya.:)

Have heard similarly.

you know, he had to be impressed with the turnout and effort put in, particularly at his last basketball game..... it could be a case where he did want ASU a bit more....but that appears to be because of his ties to one recruiter, more than anything

here, at home, he is probably getting the vibe that he is very wanted....maybe it is wearing him down....

we can hope, but do not expect

This is not a troll post. I am a SHU fan and also a graduate of Rutgers Law School. Unless something changes$$$$$, he will be committing to Rutgers.

appreciate the insight. That would be amazing. Have a good one and good luck in the BET & NCAA

Quick question about his Engineering major pursuit: is he like Myles I'm actually majoring in Engineering or Tylin Oden yeah Chemical Engineering is what I want to major in but gets to school and wasn't able?

Seeing as Myles is in his 3rd year of school so academically he's in the 2nd/spring semester of junior year and deep into the course workload for an Electrical Engineeering major, it's definitely legit in his case...in order to remain qualified and be progressing toward graduation.

There's essentially no opportunity to hide in engineering...the weak get exposed.

Yes, Myles is legit. I’m asking about Cliff.

As I've been alluding to for months, the recruitment of Cliff to RU has been going well for quite some time.

I got out of the "crystal ball" business years ago, but I have heard that Cliff may in fact be leaning heavily towards RU as well.

Have I spoken directly to CO? Nope. So take this for what it's worth, ok? We are on the free board after all! ;)

Corey Floyd Jr is going to be one of the most complete 2 way guards in NJ, in very long time...there have been a lot of high scoring guards but most have just been focused on offense. Floyd Jr can do a LOT of things well.

Maybe mention the player that is on topic? Didn't even say this commit helped yada yada just no mention of Cliff
