Very interesting angle to this coaches resume that Jim Harbaugh had him tagged to be Stanford's DC back in 2010 after Ruffin was done at Texas Tech. I am still a bit leery of this hire, but it says a lot that Harbaugh thought enough of him to want him as his DC. I know most on here have no love for Harbaugh, but most have to admit he knows football.

Good article, everything I've heard about the guy, is everyone likes him. Plus he's great at building relationships. That goes a long way in recruiting

Odds of Ruffin being our next DC? I'd say very good.
