After mailing affidavits to Gov. Brian Kemp, SOS Brad Raffensperger, AG Christopher Carr, and the GA Legislature, and not getting a response in two weeks, Dr. Kandiss Taylor, took the liberty of meeting Gov. Brian Kemp at a ribbon cutting ceremony.
