My wife and I have been members of the local Y for years. Pretty much the geriatric set during the day when working out. One old geezer always had a heavy sigh when he saw I was already doing cardio because he wanted to watch MSNBC and I always had sports on the nearest TV. Well yesterday I did the smartest thing I’ve done for a very long time. I joined a new gym. If the first day is any indication I definitely am going to like the new place better than the Y. A lot more space for machines and free weights plus there is definitely going to be better scenery. If you are going to sweat having pretty young women around at least makes it more enjoyable.
