when he was playing in HS.

A quick check shows they (ESPN) are correct.

The current format of a 3 game series between the 2 finalist has only been around since 2003.

Before this year , only 2 times has it gone to a third game and only once has the team who won the first game lost the series.

UNC is the only team to ever win the first game and then lose the next 2.
