Does anybody who rides have a secret parking area for motorcycles in the Haymarket area? I was thinking about trying to wedge into the little areas with no meters in the vicinity of 8th St by Rosa Parks. Does that sound like a towing trap?

If not it should be. Try following the same laws as parking any other vehicle.

Can’t really remember, but seems like there should be some good little niches underneath the Rosa Parks overpass.

I don't think laws apply to people who ride motorcycles. Every time I see one, they are always breaking some type of law. 100% true.

I would be worried about some idiot screwing with it. I'd probably rather pay to park somewhere safe, if that exists. Maybe you can park at @orclover11 's house?

There are four MC parking spots in the Sheldon Gallery lot and about 14 where Stadium Drive terminates and forms a bit of a cul de sac south of the stadium. I called UNL parking and a very helpful woman told me the entire Sheldon lot is used for stadium workers so those spots are unavailable. She said the MC parking at the south termination of Stadium Drive is roped off for a booster's tailgate.

I thought that the university administration who no doubt is worried about "climate change" due to emissions would be more accommodating to motorcycles and scooters since we risk life and limb for the environment by riding instead of driving.
