I was reading through a bio piece of Indiana/Curt Cignetti. I started thinking about his former posts at Elon & Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Those schools are not that different than Gardner Webb & E Tenn St. Now we can't even hope for what he has done at Indiana without things like the money from being in the big 10. But we'd be more like his interim stop at James Madison. If in the next 2 or 3 years he can bring the success of James Madison when Cignetti was there, I'd be happy. Don't know whether that's possible, but one can hope Lamb has that same capability, and can duplicate that success in years 2 & 3. He is saddled with working in the Nil environment though, unlike the James Madison years for Cignetti when nil wasn't as established.
