Game observations/season prediction

Wow. Truly enjoying the game.

1. Lots of energy. Team full of "lunch pail" guys
2.Gettys is just fun to watch even on the bench. Leads by example.
3. Team seems to buy into Pikell. No I in team but I in wIn.
4. Coach really is a motivator. When Laurent threw an errant pass out of bounds he did not scream. Just controlled his emotions and managed where each player needed to be on the court.

My season prediction.... lots of excitement. Looking forward to catching some games in person.

As seen in this game a 9 point first half lead quickly disappeared because Seton Hall has far more offensive scoring threats which put Rutgers in foul trouble and completely changed the outcome of the game.
Rutgers never quit but simply had no answers offensively while Carrington and Delgado stepped up giving Seton Hall the momentum to take charge in the second half.

There was no mention during the WCTC radio broadcast as to why Thiam didn't play.

this team is going to get better and make the NCAA tourney next season. This team looks like a NIT team this year and thats great news
