has anyone here been to a Duke game at Wake? Right now I have tix to take my daughter to the game at Miami, but work may require a cancellation of that trip. I'd like a true road game experience, and with my travel schedule, the Wake game is appealing. What's the venue like? Are fans cool? Thank you!

I've been to several games at Wake, its a pretty big venue and typically loud for the Duke game. Generally a lot of Duke fans at the game and most of the Wake fans have always been very nice.
Plenty of parking for the size of the venue. Pretty big, but usually easy to get to the seats. Wake fans are usually some of nicest and most rational fans I've met.
My barber is taking me to the game at Wake. I’m not allowed to wear Duke gear, but I am planning on a plain blue shirt.
You may not be allowed to wear Duke gear, BUT, are you allowed to have Duke Tattoo's??? if he didn't clarify that, then there is your loop hole!!!

I went for the 2013-14 season. We lost and I had to sit there while the students stormed the court. It really sucked. Other than that wake fans were fine.
So Cal same here. I think Crazie has a very good bead on it, and I think you would enjoy it.Gosh we won a heartstopper there last year. Luke hit the gamewinner of course, coming off an awesome low post screen set by Harry! Hope you get to go my friend!
