is doing their damndest to win their Regional as a 4 seed. I'm too lazy to look it up, but I'm pretty sure since the field expanded to 64, no 4 seed has advanced to a Super.

They are up 5-1 in the top of the 9th.

In 2006. They lost their first game, then won four in a row, including the last two against the host, Pepperdine. Impressive.

Looking at the different years reminds me of another gritty comeback in a regional, our '98 squad that had to beat A&M twice to get to the CWS.</p>

I loved those 6 team regionals. Funny thing is, we hosted more back then, when it was actually HARDER to host.
