FYI re: locked threads

Fyi, I've locked a few threads that were moved to this board today from other boards on scarletnation.com. Threads that were started on this board have remained as is. Apparently it's okay to discuss your favorite songs or TV shows on other boards, but God forbid anyone dares to mention CVS or women's basketball...

I think we should retaliate by starting a series of threads on favorite songs, best ways to cook brisket (hey, Passover's coming up), etc. and then moving them to the football board.

Thanks. The moving of threads from other boards is kinda childish and dumb IMO.
It's not like they have to clear space for all of the football talk.

Saw at least 2 threads about Anthony Ashnault achieving All-American status that were moved from the Football board over to the Wrestling, Lax, Baseball, Other Sports board

I started the "tough night" thread and originally put it on the Football board because once you got past the original premise the story is about the athletic programs at the State U's of NJ and CT comparatively and B1G v. AAC. Also talked about P5 v. everybody else. Whomever moved it doesn't seem to have read that far. But whatever, I'm not the moderator and I was considering posting it here originally anyway.

WBB is an interesting example of a sport with a really dominate, always contending for a national title program, that is not going to live in a P5 athletic department. At least until Geno retires, or there is more conference realignment.

Though I'll never understand how many "Internet; Please tell me how to live my life" threads are started, and tolerated, on the FB board.

I agree, srru86, that wasn't specific to wbball, and I've mentioned that to the admin who moved it here.
