While I love yesterday's outcomes, I'm reminded of 2014 when Ohio State beat Alabama and then faced Oregon for the natty. A lot of people (myself included) thought the days of SEC dominance was over in the playoff era.

Boy was I wrong.

B1G, even with the new additions, needs to have sustained excellence from multiple teams. But I do agree the two conferences are about to slaughter each other.

Playoff committee loves the sec and osu/mi. Wouldn't be suprised if sec gets 4 or 5 teams in the playoff next year.

And if MI would have lost sec would have dominated the big10.
