FSU settles with accuser, is Louisville next?

FSU wrote a check to the Jameis Winston accuser. They may be setting the financial bar for what Katina Powell should expect from Louisville to make her go away.

FSU pays accuser $250K and her lawyers $750K. What? Accuser still has suit against Winston. I guess FSU decided to pay the lawyers to stick it to old Jarvis. What's that I hear - here Ricky, Ricky.

Katina Powell isn't suing Louisville and what possible benifet would happen from paying her to go away? She already published a book!
I believe schools should consider paying people off to drop a case or make them go away. And many schools have done that over the years. Imagine what wouldn't have happened if RU paid Murdoch a few hundred thousand to settle his case and to keep his mouth shut. His attorney basically spelled it out to the best of his ability, settle the case and the tapes go away.
