So, did he drop the pass on purpose, or was it one of those take your eyes off the ball type of plays?

If you're not willing to believe him, I guess you will believe whatever you want. He admitted to cocaine use, not sure why he wouldn't admit to throwing a game.
I'm certain Husker fans would be 1,000-times more pissed if he admitted to throwing that game then doing cocaine.

I know I would be.

He didn't throw the game but he did run the wrong route on the 2 point conversion attempt which allowed his defender to come off and make the play on Jeff Smith who was the intended receiver. Good, gutsy play call but bad execution.

He didn't know we were still going to score after a "dropped" the ball.

Not even sure why this is still even in question.

Nebraska was a 17 point favorite in Vegas. 17. You would need to buy off a crap ton more players for a team that ran the ball 90% of the time than a WR that touched the ball 10 times a game.

Would they really have paid Irving, and only Irving, for a Money Line bet on Miami? That would be beyond insane. Irving would need to be tackling other players and on special teams and fielding (not fielding) punts and kickoffs to have that much of an impact for a 17 point impost.

I simply can't believe people even want to believe this anymore.

Fryer's attempt to catch the ball & his reaction after he dropped it is suspect to say the least.

I'm sure he didn't try to throw the game, but I wonder how much interest he had in it.

Sounds like you have a great opportunity to call into his podcast and ask him that very question.

Exactly.
