This reminds me of my take on Turner Gill back when he was in the running for HC at Nebraska. I thought he would be a great closer in the homes of some of the African American mothers in the deep south Bible belt. But after some of the things he did at Kansas I'm glad we didn't go that route.

Good not great. Relies a little too much on Held and the Juco market which can work short term but not long term

Taggart and Herman were better recruiters in the same conference
