I know I’ve shared several of these type of articles already, but this is a great write up on the Frost offense and what we can expect. I think it is important that we all understand what we are trying to do offensively and get on board with it.
It's not. However it is fairly similar to what to Chris was trying to achieve at Michigan from my understanding.
We need Techs d-coordinatorHow similar is it to South Florida's that is getting shut down by Texas Tech?

And thanks for posting this headcard..i enjoy the reads
Perhaps we can bring all the UCF players to Lincoln. While we’re at it, can we just cut to the chase, and move Nebraska to Orlando? I might actually go visit my parents then. Two-fer.I'll be curious to see what they can do with the Nebraska defensive roster compared to what they had going at UCF.
I see almost both guards pull to the outside on those run plays.. leaving a center inside to make sure no push is given. I like the idea of getting to the edge with 2 extra blockers but man look at the last play when that center gets pushed into the backfield... that worries me... i am however excited to see how our current players fit this scheme.. tyjon..jd... stan.. should be good rbs are my question mark and qb obviously.. i think the writer is right though 2nd year will be huge jumps.. but how scared will defenses be trying to stop that offebse in the future??

Agree with you. Just don’t want to read any more about how they are soft or don’t want to play. Fortunately, I don’t think that will be a problem under Frost. Why would we want UCF's defensive roster? I'd take a few of their players but I would rather have the Nebraska roster to work with over UCF's.

No offense, but weren’t you the poster guaranteeing Frosty wasn’t coming back to Nebraska?UCFs defense was littered with freshman and soph in the secondary, they got exposed. Some good DT. No rush at DE. One good LB. I would say their defense was never going to set the world on fire, based on personnel. So lighten up a little here.
The transition is going to take time. Frost seems to be begging for speed at the skill positions this recruiting cycle, and plugging holes on defense. To expect a quick turnaround, in his scheme, next year is unrealistic. Just admire and watch the progress. It's fun monitoring a Program on the rise from the ashes, led by a great new HC.

Note how Tech's D ran out of gas by the fourth quarter?
Auburn won't. Will be more fascinating to see how UCF deals with Auburn's defense after they have a month off and can get back to work, healthy.
Personally, I think Auburn's front 4 is going to bury UCF. That's how you beat a spread. Set the edge and get to the QB with 4, which leaves safety help out wide while your Cbs play up on the WR. Milton won't have enough time to get the ball out. Should be an Auburn rout...

Yep, If UCF wins it will still look good for them and Frost. I just don't see Auburn, a team so close to making the playoffs giving a crap about a means nothing bowl game against UCF.If they want to bring it, they will pound UCF, but I'm skeptical of which Auburn shows up. Just don't see them being enthused at all for this game.
I'd be more concerned about Auburns offense running right over UCF's D. USF and Memphis were dragging UCF defenders up and down the field, Auburn will multiply that..
