Another game, another loss for the reeling Wildcats.

Northwestern dropped its fifth straight game and fell to .500 on the year after Rutgers came into Welsh-Ryan Arena and hung a 59-56 loss on the Wildcats.

Whenever RU beats a big ten team, the opposing fan base always enters meltdown mode. It’s pretty funny. Last year, Iowa fans were calling for Fran’s job.

Only making the tournament once with the McIntosh/Lindsay/Law/Pardon core is pretty disappointing. Also shows how tough it's gonna be for Rutgers. Those guys are/were solid players and they still only made it once.

I think this year would have been a bit of a re-building year for them, but last year was a big disappointment. Not sure if having to play off campus factored into it.

This quote is funny to me. Yeah you beat us on the road without our leader and probably best player. Enjoy. With Eugene we beat them everytime.
