Too bad we have lost him, but he was given second chance. Bob does not give third chances to straighten up.

It sucks, but if the kid wasn't able or willing to do what's neccessary to remain a member of the OU football program, then it's best he moved on for both parties.

I figured it was a grade issue, and he just couldn't step up.


I find it strange if it was a grade issue. OU just announced last week that Brooks, Campbell and McKinney would not be traveling to the Orange Bowl due to grades. Why wouldn't they have included Frison to that list?

because he was already on probation. And I believe there is likely a difference between under performance and failure to go to class. My guess is that Frison's grade problem is failure to take care of bidness. Bob is the king of second chances, but not much for giving consideration for third ones.

Exactly Plaino. The kid was already on a shorter leash than those other players due to him leaving the team prior to the season and Bob allowing him back.
