They can play press coverage and block on the perimeter. Two things we can’t do. Shocking how much worse our secondary is and that we can’t find wr’s that can block.

-Wed: “the coaches are doing great. Players need to buy in and fans need to stop being so spoiled” as if 8 years of pain isn’t enough
-Thursday: “ we are an excellent team but we just played the 85 bears defense and the 89 49ers offense, what do we expect… we can’t compete with $20MM nil budgets”

Well, this guy sure told me earlier this week that UCLA would be 7-2 if they played our schedule. They definitely have played a tougher schedule than we have.

I wouldn’t read too much into Iowa’s loss to UCLA. I mean good on UCLA for getting a victory but Iowa had to travel and it was a short week. They will be more than ready for us.

UCLA had a short week too. Why do people continue to discount ucla’s schedule? I know they’re 4-5 but who you play matters. Theyre not a bad team. The only team outside the top 15 they lost to is Minnesota.
Don’t get me wrong…it’s a good win for UCLA.
What I’m saying is people shouldn’t think Iowa is an easy team to beat because they lost to UCLA.
Iowa has a problem at QB. They played a walk on transfer QB most of the game.
uh, no. KF post game PC says team loss, no excuses for short week and travel. Basically trashed both teams offenses for the turnovers, but he’s not happy with Iowa’s D. Called them out for poor tackling. He’s obviously trying to set the tone for final 2 games. If #34 has lingering health issues, then the game with us is a toss up, IMO.
