DO keep up the solid rebounding when everyone said you had only dominated against inferior opponents.
DO keep up the clutch foul shooting.
DO continue to make the amazing outlet passes like the one you made to Corey on his dunk.
DO continue to work on that 12-14 foot jumper we've seen the last few games.
But...
Don't continue to make these dribble drives from the foul line like we've seen...you turn it over every time.
Don't' continue to challenge taller players with dunks...you get stuffed often.

Good list. I would add

"Don't put your head down when you drive towards the hoop, so that you can pass the ball out of the low post when you are inevitably double or triple teamed."

That is what leads into number one on the don't.

just continue to play in the flow of the game and stop that NBA play from the low post. TO every time. Stalls the offense and not your strength.

Don't: listen to the message boards who said you would struggle. You have already proved them wrong.
I would add take the 10 foot jumper. He has really improved his **** and that would open up the inside a bit more.
He did turn it over about 4 times in the second half and he was very lucky to get that call where he made the two foul shots he really got bailed out by the ref

Just Bank that 10 footer off the glass nice and easy. It's not a difficult shot to make.

I think Freeman needs to think of himself as the college version of Dennis Rodman. Rodman often got offensive rebounds and took the ball back out. You are taught to go up strong since you start playing in your local league, but at 6'6 max, he has a hard time scoring inside like Rodman did in the NBA. You got to pick your spots. Freeman is a warrior, and he needs to stay within himself.

I would like to add to the list

DO continue to be in a virtual tie for high scorer(Corey is ahead a bit)
DO continue to have almost double the rebounds(9) of our 7 footer CJ(5) per game
DO continue to have the most blocks per game of any player
DO continue to have the highest 3pt % on the team .667....maybe you should shoot more 3's(Corey .212)
DO continue to have .649% at the free throw line..(Corey .623 )
DO continue with a .483 shot %...Gettys is the only one beating you (Corey .414)
DO continue to outscore the entire 7 person bench every game

I would also add DO continue to out work everyone on the team but Corey Sanders
without you we would have lost some of our cupcake games...

From where I was sitting, it seems he goes up strong, but too strong on the touch.

I am sure he will figure it out. Even if he doesn't, he is still in black and scarlet. And he has been doing well.

I also mentioned this in my other thread. Deshawn and everyone on our team , especially the bigs who miss a ton of layups and 5-9 footers , should use the damn glass. Deshawn would score another 6 points a game. Corey should be the teacher since he is the only one that uses the glass consistently well. The rest of the team, CJ, Sa, Diallo and Eugene, can get another 6 and maybe we get to 70 per game. With our defense , if we can get to 70 I like our chances in every game here on out.

Great list, except for the one that tells him to stop driving. Sure, he's only 6-6 and he will get blocked sometimes going into the trees. But the fouls he draws affects the opps defense to where eventually they back off EVERYBODY, or go to the bench. (e'g., having Watkins out of the game for so long was a huge bonus.)

What he has to learn is moves around the hoop, using the rim and glass as protectors. While he's not Rashod Kent, Kent was only 6-4 and made a living under the basket.
