I'm taking it as the orders are to NOT comment on social media about the visa argument. But the "without prior approval" comment is what I'm referring to.
They have to option to say whatever they want and not be a nominee but this is pretty common for nominees.

I'm guessing it would be like a employer to employee. If you want this job keep quiet type of deal .
If Musk is deleting accounts then he is no better than anyone else censoring free speech.

The only accounts Musk has been deleting are accounts in violation of the TOS for engagement farming
