Sam Cassell Jr. had 28 pts last night vs. his pops old school Florida St.
Rakim Lubin is averaging 7.7 Rebs and 5.7 pts in 15 mpg in 3 games( 2 vs. UCLA/Stanford) so far.
T-Sam is getting 23 MPG for Penn St.
Leon Tolksdorf ( remember him ?) is a starter and ave 27 mpg

And I love the talent of our backcourt, but we could use some of TSams grit.

I think that's what Vital will bring on a nightly basis once he's back on the court (looks like he was just cleared for Thursday's game), and he's a better shooter than TSam.

Also, gotta love Sam getting 21 points on 21 shots lol. Finally got the green light he's been waiting for.

I would take Lubin back as there is a rebounding help wanted sign in front of Gampel.

15, I like Vitale, despite his last name, lol. I think he'll be an effort guy with athleticism and skill. That being said, TSam would have been a senior veteran now. Maybe he'd rub off on guys in practice and with his toughness and effort in games. Those traits are lacking, obviously.
