Anyone know what is going on at FGC? I read that a player left the team late this season and stated that the Administration needed to find a new women's coach. I can't find the article now or I'd post it.
That's all I have.
Is Raina in trouble?

I didn't find anything via Google. They finished at 16-15 with a NET of 157, so I'd think they'd be a long-shot WNIT candidate, given that the NCAA takes 68 and WBIT takes 32.

If so, I'm sorry, my mistake. I'm glad you clarified this for me. I guess I misinterpreted the GC letters for FGC.

Hard to imagine a more player respected coaching personality than Raina's. That said, law of averages sez new expectations of culture and performance would likely ruffle a couple of feathers. I think it will take Raina some time to turn the ship... IRRC, didn't she land a bit in between recruiting cycles?

She's also the 3rd coach in 3 years for the school.

It looks like the previous coaches might have taken 'better' jobs similar to Drake MBB. Won the ASUN both previous years.
Both with Atlanta in the WNBA. Personally I see that as a step down and there's no way they're making even close to what they were as a college head coach.
