Does he ever take time off? One has to wonder how this will affect him in the next few years. His body needs time to heal, or does it?

He will take a week off here and there but very few high level wrestlers take more time off than that unless there is an injury.

I'm sure he will take a summer off from competition at some point but will be continually training.
