If you mean seeding I think they place all conference winners as lower seeds then apparently there is something involving a Magic 8 ball, Ouija board and Maxpreps.

Teams would be best from here on out NOT to play endowment games. The state keeps the money, a win doesn't help come playoff time, only hurts if you lose, you're taking a chance of getting your kids hurt by playing an extra game.
