Final BTN scroll question. Why?

Why did BTN scroll no. 1 for Wisky , MSU, and Mary , then 4 for Illinois, then 5 for each of Iowa and Ohio State....good so far...but Even though PSU and Rutgers tied at 11-9 with them they had both of us at no. 7? 4 teams tied at 11-9 is 4 teams tied at no. 5. No? Wtf?

Yeah I'm sensitive but I see this little crap just like I used to see the ledger play with stuff and ESPN too.

Or am I missing something?

Edit: OK, if you guys say so, Not the first time I've seen this this year. Kinda like every commercial they run has 1 quick shot of Ru but 2-3 of the core teams to make the Legacy Fan base happy. I get it. We'll catch up one day.

Tied for 5th place at 11-9 in the B1G this year is an incredible accomplishment for our team.
