After attending last night and spending an excessive amount of time in the grill waiting on service....then..... waiting on food....

Interested in some ideas. I have some, bit wanted to see what the pack thought.

IF you were solely in charge of the Grill at Trustmark Park and could do anything you wanted to improve the experience including remodeling, what would you do?

Delta Industries rented out half of it and occupied half the help. Looked like they had about 20 people show up.

1st thing I would change)
No private party rentals of the Grill during major events.

2nd) Change from restaurant style to Sports Bar style. Pub grub and Concession style food, mostly pre-cooked, but maintained in warming racks.

C) No tables. Multi-level (stair step with a ramp) Bar Tops like at Dudy Noble, but with chair back barstools, all facing the field with no umbrellas to block view.

4) Waitresses only appropriately dressed for a Sports Bar, like Walk Ons.

E) A real full service bar, with bar seating and “professional bartenders”.

PI) An upper deck with another bar.

Rsquared) Private ownership and management, not controlled by Spectrum or Mississippi Braves.
