Rutgers President Jonathan Holloway told his Athletic Director, Pat Hobbs, he was canceling the Rutgers FanFest because he didn't want to take the chance of raindrops falling on his head while he was being forced to attend it.
After hearing that news, Pat Hobbs told Holloway:" you make me sick" and promptly retired claiming health reasons

I saw on Reddit that they cancelled Fan Fest because all the people planning to attend had had an affair. I was outside all day, in NJ and in PA, and didn’t see a single drop of rain. So we know that weather-related issue was totally made up.
Time to dig deeply into the private lives of all RUFB fans to find out all about their sex lives. It’s our right to know.
It’s raining now and everyone is indoors having sex creating more scandals to be shared on Reddit.
So yeah, I don't know if everybody read the fine print on the Yahoo Rivals registration page, but it clearly states that, now that we've agreed to put our lives on full display on an internet forum, everybody everywhere has complete rights to knowing every last intimate detail of our private lives, especially any stuff we're embarrassed about.
Every scurrilous rumor, every bit of supposition, it's all fair game once someone choose to post it on Reddit. Everybody knows Reddit has even more strict rules of evidence than a courtroom. If it's on Reddit, it's a fact!

This just in from the Governor's office. Work has been cancelled for Monday, 8/19 for non essential workers. After studying the radar maps it's been decided that there is a possibility that you might get wet. There is a strong possibility of a shower, and people might get wet if they have rain drops fall on them. I repeat, people may get wet if raindrops fall on them. For essential workers it is advised that they bring an umbrella to shield them from rain drops so they don't get wet.
Given how bad it's storming right now, probably a good thing it was cancelled.
