There is no "family seating". You will encounter lewd, drunk, abusive, a-holes no matter where you sit in the stadium.
If by family seating you mean discounts for kids or general admission there is none. Mike Holder is about maximizing ticket revenue as opposed to attendance. Generally everyone pays full price for every seat. There was a four seat for $100 end zone package available for this game on a limited basis. Not sure if its still out there. I would advise you to call the OSU ticket office.
As for a family atmosphere OSU generally has a pretty low tolerance for drunk abusive fan behavior. They don't sell alcohol in the stadium. You shouldn't have any issues.

Oh well I would imagine it would be the TU section which is like sec 334 is I believe
No problem, I know 334 is one of the sections, I think there are a couple of more but not for sure though
I believe most opposing players' family sit in the lower level of the NW corner. Section 120 or 228 depending on if the TU band is going.
