I've just mainlined all of the info I can from the LJS and OWH sites. Here is what I think:
1.) The D line is going to be monstrous this year. FINALLY.
2.) Im thinking that both Tannor and Domann have good years. One of the two is going to become great by the end of the season. If we're lucky, both of them.
3.) Wandale Robinson is going to be amazing to watch.
4.) Mo Washington still looks really skinny, and seems like kind of a weird dude. No denying that physical skill, though. Seeing him and Mills in action is going to be a blast.
5.) Sports Illustrated put it really well, I think: "The Cornhuskers are still a cut below Michigan and Ohio State, but they should hit 9 wins and be in the hunt for the division title well into November."
I think that's right, and I think, barring injuries and bad luck, our floor is 8 wins and our ceiling is pretty up there.
Watch for us to get a TON of national attention if we beat Ohio State and remain undefeated going into October. There's going to be a lot of "Scott Frost does it again"-type headlines all over ESPN.
