I am not one that blames the refs but they did have some first half interesting calls to say the least. The one against Willis near the end of the first half where the ball was stolen and we were making a come-back just killed the momentum. But, all you have to do is look at stats in these games and points in the paint are often telling and UNC just beat us there. Plus, Kentucky had the lead near the end, so you can't say the refs influenced the final outcome more than poor offense.
But, the refs did seem to be making some calls that were going against us and my question is, why? If you want to have some bias wouldn't it be against UNC where the cheating scandal is well known?
