Premium ETSU transfer helps solidify Tulsa's quarterback depth

In the spring transfer portal window, Tulsa saw quarterback Tim Carpenter exit the program, eventually signing with Ohio, and the Hurricane added QB Baylor Hayes, who is a known commodity for new TU head coach Tre Lamb. Lamb expects Hayes to come in and compete.

It's nice that he has a pretty strong punting leg too, that may come in handy. I am losing brain cells....which TU coach had the QB pooch punt on just about every 4th down? Those were some bad times.

Hope so Because right now they have a bunch of practice squad, guys. Great people hard work make the team better, but against bigger opponents they get destroyed.
