They had her start the game after she was diagnosed (against Villanova, I think), and Geno had a deal with the opposing coach to have UConn win the tip and pass to her for a layup because she needed 1 or 2 points to become the leading scorer in UConn history. (Then UConn let the opponent score to make it 2-2, and they started to play in earnest.)
