Why in the second half of every game does Pikell start Grant in the second half and then he takes him out at the 3 minute mark to never see the floor again in the second half?? He has been playing very well and I just don't understand it we could use his size to help with the rebounding and except obviously for his 3 point shooting he has been pretty good offensively??

He hasn't been playing very well. He is now at like 19 point and 17 rebounds over the last 5 games, averaging 20 min. Just over 3 rebounds per, and that's his best attribute thus far. He's poor defensively right now. He's made 1 three in his last 9 games, but keeps getting one up first chance he gets. Luckily he pretty much stops shooting after that though.
Yeah, he just hasn't been effective often enough. Anyone is going to have a chance to make plays the more they play, question is, is Grant showing anything that says he'll make more plays than whoever is out there at the time. That three minutes in the second half does seem to be his sweet spot, bet 80% of his productivity lately has come then.
