Duke offer for Harper

I believe @RU72 predicted it might very well come down to Duke vs. RU on this one.
It will come down to Rutgers and Duke. I don't believe that Texas Tech will still be standing at the end and while they are both glamorous,it won't be Kansas or UCLA. Scheyer is a tenacious recruiter and a good guy. He will win big there. But the Duke focus is certainly on 2025 Cooper Flagg who will be the most skilled player in high school basketball this season. Rutgers certainly wants no one more than Harper.And it will have nothing to do with NIL on any level.And it is not about the Big Ten vs the ACC.

I hope he chooses the University of Rutgers instead! 
Then Steve Pikiell needs to reel Dylan Harper in. This is one player we can’t just let go of ala Williams.
