This one's pretty near and dear to us ... we have a friend whose son is a Brown undergrad and was supposed to be in that building at that time, but he stopped to get something at Shake Shack before arriving and was held up a bit. The wife's firm is also in Providence. And our elder son has applied to Brown as a backup school.
All that said, the incompetence on display here is astounding.

It’s one thing if you are fully accepting and supporting of someone’s choice of how they live their life. It’s mother thing is you espouse conservative values and vote against these lifestyles while living that same lifestyle in the closet.

well, I would imagine that the fact that we were still operating under the 2025 Biden budget might be a cause. I don't believe anyone would take a position that DOGE accomplished what had been predicted. They would have had much more success if they had gone out into states and audited the federal programs being administered by the states like SNAP, Medicaid, welfare. I'd bet that Minnesota is just 1 of 50 states that have substantial fraud.
