anyone know how he is healing from his foot injury? It happened in September, it is now February, and anyone who goes to the games can see he is still in a walking boot. That must be some serious injury. Since we are relying on him so much next year, anyone else worried? Big Men and Foot Injuries don't go well together

I'm surprised he's still in the boot, thought he'd at least be walking on it by now...it was a broken foot, right?

I believe he got injured in October, not September. Either way he has been in the boot for a long time.

Looks like he's putting weight on it, anyway. Not using that little scooter thing for his leg anymore. 4 or 5 months and still in a boot. Not good.

Exactly. Doorsonappears to be a really nice kid but to expect him to return from a serious injury and be our starting center ... I don't know.

Get well soon Shaq!

Foot injuries to 7 footers can be very tricky. I really hope he heals 100% and has no lingering effects next year. This team desperately needs him to be healthy.
