Yes they do, thankfully the backup didn't start.
I've given almost 0 thought to it since Saturday, and it seems that the answer is "maybe".
The kid came in and threw a TD pass a junior high kid could complete. Then he came in when the game was decided and Nebraska was in a total prevent. The football knowledge or lack of it here is unbelievable.
Something the starter had trouble doing. I'm with the rest, glad the backup didn't play that much!
Meh the game plan was focused on chilles and he was harassed most of the game. He had a nice completion with a short field and scored a td. The late garbage td happens every week to teams with multiple score leads. Why is it when NU loses this place goes all out melt down. They win it goes to sure glad the backup didn’t play more.
I try to respond to all responses sorry I'm late to this one but Milivojevic did throw a TD and ran for one went 6-7-0 71 yards no Int's in limited playing time. I know the MSU head coach feels that Chiles is the future of the offense for this team but he had a rough time at times during the game. Milivojevic like Chiles is a freshman and to be thrust into that game and have the trust of the coaching staff as Chiles backup say's something about his ability. jmo
We literally almost put no pressure on him. If he started he would have had the same results. Good grief.

College football is like the NFL now. They'll stick with the highest earner smh. 
They put him because Chiles went to the tent . Because of multiple PI calls they extended their drive he can completed a TD that a junior high QB could complete. Put Chils back in took the lead. Nebraska regained the lead. They put the other kid in when itsx38-21. The game is decided. If Smith thought the other kid is better they would have stayed with him . The football knowledge on this board is severely lacking.
