I watched them today and they looked more competent than we have lately. They were definitely the better team over Indiana even though they lost. They’ve got some really good players and appear to be well coached. Am I jumping the gun or should we be worried?

We’ve been reduced to worrying about a UL program that should be in absolute shambles after what’s happened to them in the past year. I have no idea if this Baker kid can be the keystone that makes this team click in the future. However, I’m holding onto hope that he is a gamer who can actually make a shot when it counts.

Today they would probably be favored.

Right now KenPom has UL predicted to win by 1.

They’re not the better team but I understand where you’re coming from. IU only made 3 or 4 threes and was terrible from the free throw line and still won. They hit a last second half court 3 to lose by 1. The game was over the last minute or so. IU is the better team they just can’t put it together offensively but they’re pretty darn good defensively.

Keep seeing these threads. UofL is trash. If we are worse, that’s indicative of us.

First off IU is way better than ul OP. They IU missed tons of free throws and gave up second chance points. Plus UL made lucky 3's.

No Louisville can't beat UK, if that happen run Cal outta here.
You know what you’re talking about! You saw the game as it was in reality unlike most people. I also agree with you about when you play them. UK will win by double digits. IU isn’t good enough offensively right now to beat good teams by a lot but are very good defensively and have Romeo and Morgan that are scorers. The others just chip in

We have more talent, they have a better coach. It’s at their place, they’re playing better than we are.
If we play like we’ve played all year they win.
Hopefully we improve.

Playing the way we are now UL will beat us. There are still three weeks before game day.

I hate to say it but yes. I've watched all of their games. Far more precise and more constructive. We are just all over the place with no foundation.

Anyone who doesn't think U6 can beat this heartless team is delusional. Kj, and Travis are the only ones who bring it every game. When PJ is interested, he can dominate, but he's not very interested. Travis is limited by his talent. Herro might be serviceable, next year. Everyone else on this team is hot garbage right now, including the coaches.

For now Louisville has more and better distance shooters than you guys, you are far more physical in play on inside herro is bound to make some open looks in an upcoming game could be difference vs ville

I got a pretty good source who says Louisville will again self ban from the tournament to get ahead of the second wave of issues coming

This team playing in most hostile environment they've ever played in??? Hell, they wilted just watching Duke warm up on a neutral court.

I don’t see us improving all that much in three weeks. Afraid it’s our time to lose on their home court.

Some here have us finishing below .500 from here on out. UL will be a test as it's our first true road game. It will be close. How many predicted the beatdown we gave them last year?

I have watched Louisville a few times this year. They are not trash and are well coached. This will not be an easy win by any stretch. This will be our first true road game and unless we learn how to put the ball thru the basket and play defense, we will lose this game and it will suck. Not sure what is going on with Cal and his recruiting but there is very little talent separation, given the inexperience factor, between our players and teams we will face this year that have a pulse. In fact, I would say our guards are not even on par with many teams we will face. The talent evaluation and recruiting trajectory Cal is on right now needs some serious self reflection on his part. I am pretty confident he will adjust, but it sure ain't a thing of beauty as of now.

Louisville is not going to the NCAA tournament. If they do, they’ll be a 9 or 10 seed. That is trash to me. But whatever, I don’t give a **** about Louisville.

I hate U6 with a passion, but these blue tints we keep talking about...

Predict UofL’s record this year. Tell us their seed in the tournament. They are 6-3 and haven’t even made it to the ACC schedule yet. Where do you people come from?

I’ve watched Louisville and they are a tough minded squad. They have to be the favorite right now until someone flips on the light switch.
